Building on Talent (BOT)
Most BOT participants are young, ambitious managers, usually with 5 to 10 years of business experience, who are looking to boost their careers and take on greater responsibility. They are generally functional experts, or managers of a function or a project, and want to meet other talented young executives from a range of industries to engage, challenge and explore with them.
MBA
The IMD MBA program develops leaders who can move their businesses forward. The IMD MBA is a general management program that is grounded in the extensive relationships we have built with successful global organizations over the years. It is a highly selective program that combines innovation, business relevance and a unique blend of intensity and dedication to the individual participants.
For board members
High Performance Boards (HPB)
HPB is an international program for board directors that shares best practice from different governance regimes. You will be exposed to practical frameworks for board work as well as the most recent research on top-performing boards, guided by IMD Faculty members who take a global view and are not wedded to a particular governance system.

Program for Executive Development (PED)
For executives who are moving from a functional role into general management. They need more insight into all business functions and are ready to take the next big step in their professional development.
For women in business
Strategies for Leadership (SL)
SL is for senior and upper-middle level female executives in business, government and the not-for-profit sector. Participants generally have a minimum of 10 years' management experience and come from a wide range of industries, functional backgrounds and geographic regions.
