I don't remember my password, how can I retrieve it?

You can receive a temporary password by providing proof of your identity (a scan of your ID card, passport or driving licence) via email to the IT Helpdesk.

My account has been locked, what should I do?

After ten faulty attempts and for security reasons, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.

We suggest you wait and then try to set a new password by clicking on this link.

I want to change my password and/or username

In the top-right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and log in.

Once logged in, go to MyIMD and click on Account settings. From there, you can change your password and/or username (which is your login email address).

I cannot register to an event, what should I do?

Some events will not require that you log-in to register. Should you get an error message, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

I want to Update my profile

In the top right corner of the website, click on the avatar image and login. Once logged in, go to MyIMD and click on My Profile, Professional experience or Education depending on the information you want to edit.

How can I create an account?

Please note: If you already have an account that you cannot access, please refrain from creating a new account. Try to retrieve your username and password by clicking on this link

What are the technical requirements to access my Learning Portal?

The latest version of any modern browser is required to access the Learning Portal: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Macintosh) and Edge (Windows). Please note: IE11 is no longer supported by our LMS provider (Canvas).
