Extending the HPL Experience

Introduction :

High Performance Leadership (HPL) is more than a program—it’s a transformational experience that equips leaders to inspire, influence, and drive meaningful change. At IMD Business School, we recognize the enduring value of this journey, which is why the HPL Alumni Network plays a vital role in sustaining its impact.

In close collaboration with Program Director George Kohlrieser and his team, the network brings HPL to life across the globe—reconnecting alumni with the program’s powerful principles and fostering a community committed to courageous, purpose-driven leadership.

Leadership is a lifelong journey and HPL is an integral part of this amazing adventure. Coming together, like a tribal meeting, strengthens each other’s bond to the common goal of high performance. As I travel around the world teaching, my personal mission is to support these local tribes in every way I can to build on the HPL experience.
