IMD Report It

IMD is committed to ensuring adherence to its core values, compliance and promoting an ethical culture by observing the highest standards of fair dealing, honesty and integrity in all its activities. 

IMD Report It is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of IMD across all regions. We call the service IMD Report It. 

We take whistleblowing very seriously. Reports are completely confidential, and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so. Each report is reviewed first by our independent provider, Deloitte, who then initiates a follow-up investigation where necessary. 

This is not the place to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property and we may not be able to reply immediately. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your public emergency service. 

IMD Whistleblowing Policy

This Whistleblowing Policy sets out IMD’s framework for reporting and addressing suspected misconduct through safe, confidential and impartial channels. It applies to employees and third parties connected to IMD, and encourages good-faith reporting of unethical, illegal, fraudulent, corrupt or otherwise inappropriate conduct. The Policy provides access to internal reporting options and to IMD Report It, an independent confidential channel operated by Deloitte, while ensuring protection from retaliation, fair investigation, appropriate corrective action and regular review of the mechanism.
