Experience & Background: Josefine’s career covers global HR Executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 organizations. She has successfully transitioned across industries: IT- HP, Oil & Gas - Royal Dutch Shell, Life Sciences - DSM, and Construction - LafargeHolcim. 

In her last role as Chief Learning officer, she designed and oversaw the implementation of a companywide learning and development strategy for the top 300, as well as top talents and the middle level managers. In this role, she established learning principles and policies, leadership journeys, and successfully lead a global L&D team. In her leadership roles, she favors business-based approaches which deliver tangible and measurable results. A strong believer in continuous improvement, she always seeks to optimize her department, and is a role model for inclusive, virtual team management. 

In addition her business accomplishments, Ms. Van Zanten is an extensive speaker in both academic and business venues and has worked with Ivy League Universities to co-deliver courses and contribute to academic articles.

Ms. Van Zanten is a multinational and multilingual Executive. She speaks and works fluently in four languages (English, French, Dutch, German) and holds both Swiss and Dutch nationalities. She was schooled in Switzerland and in the US.
