Experience & Background: Alexis has extensive leadership expertise and experience in senior positions with large global companies.

Senior Executive, previously CEO of Kantar and Bata, he also held a broad range of leadership roles with Heineken, such as Global Chief Marketing Officer and President of Europe.

He also spent 17 years in Senior Management roles at Procter & Gamble helping to define strategies for new product categories and overseeing sales efforts in both developed and emerging markets. His last assignment was General Manager of the Personal Care business for Central, Eastern Europe, the Middle-East and Africa at Procter and Gamble.

Alexis holds an MBA degree from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, USA and an MS and BS degree in Civil Engineering from the Saint Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon
