Successful completion of the program awards the Executive Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in AI and Digital Business Transformation, a recognized academic qualification worth 60 ECTS credits.

What does this Executive Master journey look like?

You’ll follow a flexible, stackable journey that adapts to your goals, interests, and schedule without compromising on depth or impact. Your learning journey is build around four key components:

• Digital module (5 core programs): Develop deep and strategic expertise in AI, automation, innovation, data and analytics. These programs build the foundation you need to understand and lead digital transformation.
• Business transformation module (3 programs): Strengthen the transversal leadership skills needed to drive change across an organization,
• Elective module (a choice of programs tailored to your goals): Customize your journey by choosing from a selection of IMD’s programs or courses or courses from global partner schools.
• Capstone Project or Thesis: Apply your learning to a real strategic challenge. Over 6–12 months, you may choose to solve a concrete business problem or explore a new domain or innovation opportunity in depth. You’ll work with IMD faculty and expert mentors to create a tangible, high-impact outcome that demonstrate your mastery and opens new doors.
