Develop an effective strategy for your unit or organization by starting with internal and external diagnostics to see what is happening to your competitive advantage. The program is unique in the range of strategic alternatives you will be exposed to: performance moves, generic business models, and strategic innovation perspectives. You will also identify capability and resource gaps that have to be closed.
By developing your ability to judge value-creating potential and risk, you will think more clearly about making strategic choices, developing viable new operating models and innovating to turn tech and other threats into opportunities.
Supported by your executive coach, you will walk away with a tailor-made roadmap that directs your business or organization towards strategic initiatives that are both ambitious and realistic.
The program follows a very practical and structured approach, which helped me analyze my business problem and develop my strategic concept step by step. I acquired a new tool set. For executives, who look for learning opportunities to complement their skills, while staying full speed on their jobs, this program may have the answer.
The course is very well structured, with a lot of practical examples to reflect the theory. Communication with my coach was great, and I liked the flexibility.
