Lead through the challenges of disruptive events
If the global COVID-19 pandemic has taught us anything, it is that none of us can predict what lies ahead. What we can foresee, however, is that as a business leader and executive, you will likely face other crises in the future. What are the lessons you can learn from previous crises? How do you prepare for a better response to future critical events?
This program equips you with applicable insights and practical skills for navigating critical moments – before, during and after a crisis strikes. You will go through a hands-on learning journey, grounded in disruption response theory and psychology. You will learn how to better understand and address your own cognitive biases, communicate effectively in turbulent times, restore trust with key stakeholders, draw meaningful conclusions from previous disruptive events, and prepare for potential future setbacks.
Throughout the program, you will analyze crises of various origins and industries, and will prepare your own Crisis Response plan to help your organization cope in times of uncertainty and bounce back stronger in a post-crisis next normal.
Discover how to leverage agile team structures to manage a crisis successfully.
Reflect on your own cognitive biases and how best to address them.
Learn how to communicate effectively and increase trust with your stakeholders.

You are a business executive, manager or team leader, facing disruption and uncertainty, operating in a high-risk environment, or in a highly reactive industry, and need to navigate online and offline crisis management.
Your class is individually put together through a selection process to ensure that you experience the most impactful learning with a truly diverse group of global peers. Your class will become a trusted resource, encourage your learning journey, and surprise you in many unanticipated beneficial ways both during and beyond your classroom experience.
I took the Crisis Management course right in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis. We learned how to prepare for the unknown, how to manage crises themselves, and ultimately, how to prepare for new ones. I am very thankful for my new social capital, due to group work and buddy assignments. The course exceeded my expectations.
