The future held several new challenges for Vanke. Although Vanke’s “focus” strategy had been key to its succes, one important challenge was whether to diversify to some extent or not. Other challenges included industrializing residential development and globalizing the business. How would these changes affect the success Vanke has enjoyed so far?
