Robert Keane was faced with the challenges and opportunities offered by the explosion of the Internet as a communication and retailing channel. He had to decide whether or not to completely overhaul the strategy of the company and take it from an internet-enabled distributor of speciality paper products in Europe to a true global internet-driven e-printing specialist, with leading edge print and edit technologies.
