She has 35 years of experience in the corporate, university and entrepreneurial worlds – giving her deep experience as business facilitator, consultant, executive & team coach, educator, researcher and certified Advisory Board Chair. With a strong academic background in Mathematics, IT /IS and Engineering, a decade of hands-on management, Wilson has spent nearly three decades in Asia working extensively with senior leaders, their teams and organizations, across most industries, cultures, and countries.
