The new ‘pandemic’: Tackling the crisis of wellbeing at work
This Book Club discussion explored actionable steps for individuals and companies to address the 'crisis of well-being'....
From the journey of senior executives to issues of gender and data bias, each month, we’ll discuss one recently released book, and add a new one to the list, so you'll be able to plan ahead.
Our first four books were recent releases that had been very well received. Together they gave a sense of the books we would read: the first followed the journey of a senior executive in a given company and industry; the second book looked at issues of gender and data bias; and the third and fourth addressed important geopolitical and economic trends.
In 2024, we'll focus on the new drivers of competitive advantage in the digital era, while also dealing with new ways of using technology more effectively. We will also examine how organizations can maximize the talents of diverse minds and protects the wellbeing of everyone.
