Description |
Innovation by start-ups is booming, and corporations increasingly innovate by acquiring them. This represents both an opportunity for early-stage investors and a strategic trend that strongly affects the corporate world. First introduced in 2015, IMD Alumni Community for Entrepreneurship (IMD ACE) has conducted several online (virtual) events in 2016, followed by face-to-face events in Lausanne in 2016 and expanding locations to Zurich, Basel, Singapore, and London in 2017. We are now extending this offer to the alumni in Milan/Italy area. The topic is on how to invest in start-ups and will also enable you to connect with start-ups and/or investors. We are collaborating with IAG | Italian Angels for Growth , a startup investing platform with a strong presence in Italy and a strong performance track record in startup investments. The Online IMD ACE community is vibrant and well complements face-to-face events. On the community you can access the recordings the previous events (Lausanne sessions) and take part in discussions around entrepreneurship and innovation. Event Description: Face-to-face interactive event aimed at IMD alumni in the Milan/Italy area. The attendees will be early stage investors from Italian community, startup founders and IMD Alumni.
