Description |
Innovation by start-ups is booming, and corporations increasingly outsource innovation by acquisition. This represents an opportunity for entrepreneurs, early-stage investors and is a strategic trend that the corporate world cannot ignore. For almost three years now, IMD Alumni Community for Entrepreneurship (“IMD ACE”) has conducted several online and face-to-face entrepreneurship/innovation events in Lausanne, Zurich, Basel, Singapore and London - more than 20 events at these locations. We are pleased to invite you for the 1st IMD ACE Sydney entrepreneurship/innovation event will be held at The Energy Lab. The event will feature pitches from two early-mid stage start-ups: Everty - peer-to-peer electric vehicle charging network. Energy Panda - award winning social enterprise that is developing innovative solutions to enable households to better understand and control their energy consumption, lowering the cost of electricity bills, by using gamification and behavioural economics. We will also hear from several winning teams from the recent Future Cities Hackathon. If you would like to present your own start-up at a later date, please let us know via the IMD ACE online community (use your MyIMD logon). |
