From November 19-23, IMD will be welcoming participants to its five-day signature program Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) at the Capella hotel. During the week, participants select their learning schedule from a fully customizable set of topics that are the most impactful for them.
Data analytics, digital marketing, HR practices in China, leadership, driving new business with digital, blockchain, insights from Asia, entrepreneurship, culture – 130 executives from global organizations, representing more than 20 countries, will take a deep dive into these and many other topics with IMD this week in Singapore.
Several key note speeches also punctuate the week including IMD Professor and renowned finance expert Arturo Bris, Founder of Future Map Parag Khanna, adventurer and author Rob Lilwall, as well as innovation expert Frederik Haren.
Participants will not only gain insights about how to create more impact in their careers and organizations, but they will also benefit from a week of networking with peers from global organizations. OWP co-program directors Jean-François Manzoni and Tawfik Jelassi will be joined by IMD faculty: Arturo Bris, Stéphane Girod, Jennifer Jordan, Amit Joshi, Benoit F. Also during the program on November 20, IMD will release its World Talent Ranking 2018, which evaluates the capability of countries in developing, attracting and retaining talent.
