CanaFin, a disguised Canadian FinTech firm makes a major acquisition in the U.S. and is challenged to integrate marketing, sales, IT systems, product development and infrastructure. They have paid a huge premium and they need to extract synergies immediately, although the target is not very keen on being integrated and lose its identity.
