Lead and accelerate digital transformation

IMD’s Developing Digital Transformation Strategies program empowers you to take a strategic, enterprise-wide approach to digital and AI transformation. You’ll learn to design and lead customer-centric digital transformation that delivers lasting value.

The program introduces a robust framework to help you develop strategies that enhance your current offerings and create new ones, while optimizing the effectiveness of your internal functions. The framework will also guide you how to put these strategies into action in the most time-effective and efficient manner.

You’ll examine how digital tools – from sensors to platforms – generate actionable data, and how to use AI to translate those insights into decisions that shape the future of your organization. Along the way, you’ll consider the critical enablers of transformation: leadership, culture, and organizational design
