With a background in learning and development, Leppävirta previously held senior roles at Outokumpu and Outotec, where she led global training programs and capability-building initiatives aligned with business strategy. She holds a PhD in engineering education from Aalto University and brings a research-driven, data-led approach to evaluating learning impact and driving performance improvement.
