The MBA partner integration program

About half of our MBAs are couples, and whether you both relocate or not, this is a joint journey.

IMD's Integration Program helps you, as a partner, to settle in, develop a network and plan for your own transformational year ahead.

You will be a part of the IMD community, welcome to join our partner lunches, with access to workshops, events and guest speakers, and to development opportunities such as the International Dual Career Network, leadership coaching, and language courses. You will also be able to join some of our MBA electives.

Life with your family

This multilingual environment is also a great place for children. In two steps, you are on the lakeside beach, can find playgrounds and parks.

In 2018, our 41 partners represent 15 nationalities and have 8 children ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years old (with one on the way!). One partner brought their dog from the United States, 30 of them are working or volunteering, two are running their own businesses remotely, and one is giving yoga classes.

This year at IMD was a life-changing journey for both of us. While my wife studied and changed careers, I paused my own career to take care of our 2 year-old daughter, learn to fly a plane and freelance on the side!
