IMD MBA Young Leaders Assessment Challenge

Will you be the winner of IMD Young Leaders challenge?  

We are looking for young leaders to contribute to our class – a select group of experienced, mature and globally-minded individuals from across the world who have the desire and capability to make a difference. The IMD MBA Young Leaders Assessment Challenge is a dynamic and interactive online experience during which you will join a pre-selected group to complete various assessment activities. This is your chance to stretch your thinking, learn from others and innovate to impress our admissions panel.

Those who make the most impact, who contribute most to the idea generation and who demonstrate strong leadership potential will be invited for an interview. Successful candidates will be offered a place in the IMD MBA 2025 program and the winner will also receive a CHF 50,000 scholarship towards our tuition fees.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• 24 – 28 years old with at least 2 years work experience.
• Bright with solid achievements, and the drive to unlock your full potential.
• Ready to develop the key skills needed to deal with todays fast-paced world.
• Keen to become a reflective and responsible leader who can make an impact.

Should you not have a GMAT/GRE, your application will still be considered but a test result will be needed before a final decision can be made. A GMAT/GRE waiver can be submitted in specific cases (see key requirements).

Key dates

• 15 May 2024: Final deadline to submit your assessment challenge application.
• 07 June 2024: Selected applicants are invited to join the online assessment challenge. This is your chance to stretch your thinking, learn from others and innovate to impress our admissions panel.
• 12 June 2024: Selected candidates will be interviewed by the Admissions Committee.
• 01 July 2024: Final decision.

Applicants from our Assessment Challenges are not eligible for the traditional process in the same year.
