Kate Odziemkowska is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. She received her PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on nonmarket strategy with particular emphasis on firmsβ formal collaborations and contracts with nonmarket stakeholders (e.g., activists, social movement organizations, local communities).
