Misiek Piskorski

Professor of Digital Strategy, Analytics and Innovation and Dean of IMD Asia and Oceania

Professor of Digital Strategy, Analytics and Innovation Misiek Piskorksi is our lead expert on transformation and digital. He designed several of the adaptive online tools used as part of the Strategic Talent assessments to provide targeted recommendations on where leaders need to strengthen their knowledge and capabilities. In addition, Piskorski is the joint architect of the Strategic Talent Future Readiness Leader Performance Model, which distils the key behaviors essential to enable businesses to deliver the dual transformation necessary for sustained success in today’s dynamic environment. Piskorski is also Dean of Asia, with a keen focus on ensuring Strategic Talent is globally relevant.

Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior Ric Roi is one of the world’s leading experts on leadership ambidexterity and its importance in enabling dual transformation. He is the driving force behind distilling and measuring the key attributes, motives, and behaviors that deliver enhanced individual and organizational performance in a changing commercial environment. Roi is the joint architect of the Strategic Talent Future Readiness Model, combining his research interests with deep expertise in leadership assessment and development gained through his roles in senior leadership roles in consultancies such as Russell Reynolds and Korn Ferry.

Alyson Meister

Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior

Meister’s focus is on enabling organizations to develop inclusive and resilient leaders, teams, and workplaces. Her research specialty includes topics surrounding identity and diversity as well as workplace stress, mental health, and well-being. She distils key insights from her research into the Strategic Talent assessment tools measuring resilience and innovation.

Niccolò Pisani

Pisani’s areas of expertise include strategic management and international business with an emphasis on globalization, sustainability, and digitization. An expert on strategy and execution, Pisani has provided a wealth of insights into the development of Strategic Talent tools and has shaped the creation of targeted development journeys for leaders in leading strategy.

Professor of Innovation and Strategy

Greeven has been the driving force behind mapping the business acumen and know-how requirements for future-ready leaders that form the foundation of the business know-how tools. His decade of experience in research, teaching, and consulting in China to explore how to organize innovation in a turbulent world ensures that the assessments reflect a range of business models and cultural contexts to support their relevance in a wide range of business and economic situations.
