Lennon’s area of expertise is in talent transformation and talent assessment. Her research focuses on harnessing new technologies to increase the predictive validity of leader assessments as the basis for increasing the impact of development and progression planning on individual and leader performance, and she has been awarded for driving innovation in assessment and for advances in analytics to measure business impact. An organizational psychologist, Tania draws on her many years of experience in senior leadership roles in talent and leadership for organizations such as Korn Ferry, ZS Associates and Pearn Kandola.

Comenge’s extensive experience in leadership development and as an executive coach led her to focus on talent development and talent transformation. She helps clients to generate and harness insights into their talent pipelines using Strategic Talent assessments to target development, shape progression plans, and increase the impact of leadership development on individual and organizational performance.
Silke Mischke
Mischke specializes in facilitating individual change, drawing on her research and insights encompassing areas such as neuroscience, leader identity, and emotional intelligence. She has been a key collaborator on the Strategic Talent team to address the area of leading self and to support the creation of rich personal development planning experiences that harness the deep insights that Strategic Talent tools provide.
Natalia Olynec
Olynec has been a vital contributor to the development of Strategic Talent Sustainability assessments. Drawing on the expertise of IMD’s Faculty focused on sustainability, she has ensured that Strategic Talent assessments capture the complexity of leadership on sustainability issues while providing actionable insights that support organizations to enhance their approach.
