Day 1

Participants explored the importance of “power” as a leader and how to better harness this for the common good. They honed their strategic and tech skills to ensure success in times of rapid change.

Day 2

Participants explored how to balance short-term profit with sustainable, long-term growth. They gained leadership insights around group dynamics, understanding the place of anxiety in group communications with experiential exercises.

Day 3

Participants exchanged insights on the challenges they face to become future ready. They explored the place for customers in a world which is hyper connected, and where machines are becoming smarter than humans.
