Safely delivering face-to-face programs
Measures to protect your well-being
Since the start of the pandemic, IMD has been vigilant and proactive in protecting the wellbeing of our community and containing the virus.
We test ALL participants, faculty and any guest speakers before each program as well as our employees on a consistent basis.
This way, we have established an immediate “track and trace” system to act swiftly if there are any positive cases to break the chain of any possible infection.

We also practice a five-pillar approach, based on the guidance of the Swiss authorities and the World Health Organization. This includes: hazard screening, personnel management, engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment.

What you can do
While we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community, continued action and care at an individual level in line with official health guidance can make all the difference in reducing the risk of infection.
Before arriving on campus, please download the Swiss COVID tracing app.

According to the World Health Organization, the main symptoms of COVID-19 include a persistent cough, fever and difficulty in breathing. Any participant or staff member who has difficulty in breathing, a cough or a fever whilst on campus should report immediately to the infirmary at the Maersk McKinney Moller Center, where the individual will be isolated and the health authorities will be informed accordingly.
Please contact your respective client sales team or program director to discuss your concerns and, if necessary, make alternative arrangements. If you do not have a personal contact please fill in the contact us form below.
