Fully customizable Orchestrating Winning Performance explores today’s most pressing business challenges
November 2017

IMD’s signature program Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) has just kicked off at the island resort of Capella in Singapore.

This year’s edition is attended by over 150 participants from 46 countries. They represent 71 companies and 34 industries and business sectors.

The program is led by co-directors Jean-François Manzoni, President of IMD, and Tawfik Jelassi, IMD Professor of strategy and technology management.

This year’s keynote speakers at OWP include Mr. Piyush Gupta, CEO of DBS Bank, who will discuss the future of digital banking; Mr. Thiraphong Chansiri, President & CEO of Thai Union, who will address global expansion; and Arturo Bris, IMD Professor of Finance and Director of the IMD World Competitiveness Center, on the economic outlook in Asia.

Coinciding with OWP, on Tuesday the IMD World Competitiveness Center launches the IMD World Talent Ranking, which assesses how countries around the globe sustain the talent pool necessary for businesses to maximize their performances.

Topics covered at this year’s OWP in Singapore include disruption, transformation, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, digital, strategy, emerging markets, customer-centricity and more.

The five-day program is designed to give executives everything they need to re-energize their businesses and themselves to focus on their futures.

Every year the program is infused with completely new topics and takes place in both Lausanne and Singapore.

Throughout OWP, participants will be encouraged to actively engage on social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, using the hashtag #IMDImpact.
