September 2025

IMD was, once again, recognized with Gold at the Brandon Hall Group Awards. The U30+ Building Leaders of Tomorrow program, co-created with Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), received a Gold Award in the Best Leadership Development Program category.

Launched in 2020, this co-designed program focuses on preparing CCI’s next generation of leaders to address the challenges of today and tomorrow to achieve great business results and drive impact.

“I am delighted by this prestigious recognition, which reflects our commitment to delivering real learning, real impact. Programs like U30+ are only possible with clients who seek to transform, invest in their future leaders, and who dare to experiment. Our partnership with CCI is a powerful example of how co-creation and tailored innovation drive sustainable growth,” shared Professor of Strategy and Innovation and Program Director Patrick Reinmoeller.

The sixth cohort, bringing together carefully selected participants from across 12 countries, started in Istanbul this month.

“It is deeply rewarding to see U30+ alumni already stepping into senior leadership roles at CCI.”

Earlier this month, IMD received two awards, Gold for the IMD-Konica Minolta Inc. Women2Lead Program and Bronze for the IMD-Bühler Group High Performance Teams Program.
