Ping An’s EagleX platform applies machine learning to climate risk, issuing 10.5 billion disaster alerts to 67 million people globally. Ping An actively contributes to the AI ecosystem by deploying open-source LLMs (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen). An AI ethics committee and governance policies guide safe AI use.
