Participants will start their journey with a deep dive into the strategic fundamentals of digital and AI strategy in today’s context, followed by expanding their knowledge on the various platforms and ecosystems that the biggest and fastest organizations in the world employ.
Staying ahead of the curve requires us to strategically employ tools that can efficiently scale and benefit the entire organization. Participants will learn more about scaling AI in organizations as well as examine the critical intersection of technological advancement with ethical responsibility.

On day 3, participants will learn more about the global competitive landscape of digital and AI. They would then jump into a Generative AI workshop that emphasizes practical mastery through competitive challenges.
On day 4, participants will have the opportunity to see theory in action through various company visits. During the visits, attendees would be able to observe cutting-edge implementations firsthand, interacting with industry pioneers and transformation leaders to share candid perspectives on challenges and critical success factors.
The concluding session traces the evolutionary arc of various digital and AI technologies. Through analysis of technical trends, regulatory developments and market dynamics, attendees gain strategic foresight into how these technologies will likely transform creative process and business models in the coming years.
