In Session 3: Expanding Your Leadership Lens, Professor Chevallier highlights how HR leaders must broaden their perspective and think more integratively. He will explore how to move beyond functional silos, connect emerging signals, and bring greater coherence to complex organizational challenges. You will leave with a sharper lens to inform and shape decisions at the enterprise level.
