Honeywell has accelerated industrial AI from pilot projects into platform-scale deployments and strategic partner integrations. The company positioned Honeywell Forge® as the central vehicle to operationalize AI, announcing Forge Performance+™ for Utilities and adding generative AI assistant capabilities to Honeywell Forge Production Intelligence™. Honeywell also pursued a partner-first infrastructure approach: a high-visibility collaboration with Google Cloud to connect industrial data with Google’s Gemini/Vertex AI for “AI agent” capabilities and ongoing deep integrations with Microsoft/Azure for industrial solutions. 

On the edge and workforce side, Honeywell introduced new AI-capable handheld devices and signed an agreement with Qualcomm to develop a multimodal intelligent agent for frontline mobile devices, signaling attention to real-world operator augmentation.
