In late 2024, Schneider launched several AI-targeted infrastructure products (Galaxy VXL UPS) and expanded its EcoStruxure capabilities with predictive AI features (EcoStruxure Industrial Advisor). A collaboration with Nvidia produced reference architectures and liquid-cooling integrations to host high-density AI racks. In May 2025 Schneider announced  for sustainability and energy management, and appointed Julien Picaud to lead a new agentic AI sustainability ecosystem initiative.  
 
Schneider is also its workforce readiness: its Data & AI School and learning programs trained tens of thousands in 2024 (reported ~48,000 participants), demonstrating serious investment in workforce AI literacy. Finally, Schneider is also investing in enabling infrastructure — including major U.S. investments tied to meeting AI energy demands.
