IMD has been honored with a Gold Award for Excellence in Championing Women Leaders at the Human Resources Excellence Awards 2025 for its Women2Lead program, developed in collaboration with Konica Minolta Inc.

Launched in 2023, the Women2Lead program engages top female leaders from the Japanese multinational technology company and has been recognized internally as Konica Minolta’s highest-rated learning initiative. Now in its third iteration, the program’s continued success reflects a shared commitment to excellence and global impact.

This accolade follows the program’s earlier success at the 33rd Annual Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards, where it also received Gold in the Best Leadership Development Program for Women category.

“At IMD, we’re committed to delivering real learning for real impact, helping our clients drive meaningful change and tackle their most important challenges. But our impact aspirations can only be fully realized if we champion the advancement of women into leadership roles – precisely what Women2Lead program emphasizes,” said Misiek Piskorski, Dean of Executive Education.

“To see the program recognized globally, not once but twice, is deeply rewarding. This double recognition highlights what can be achieved when we work closely with our clients and align all stakeholders around shared goals.” – Misiek Piskorski

Organized by Human Resources Online, the Human Resources Excellence Awards celebrate best-in-class HR teams and professionals for their outstanding work across the entire HR function. The event, held in Singapore, brought together talented HR professionals, recognizing their excellence and inspiring the collective advancement of the HR profession.
