Ines Pöschel is a Swiss attorney-at-law and corporate governance expert with more than two decades of experience advising listed and privately held companies on complex corporate, capital markets, and M&A matters. She currently serves as Of Counsel at Kellerhals Carrard in Zurich, having previously been a partner at the firm from 2007 to 2024. In addition to her legal practice, she is a sought-after board member and lecturer on corporate governance, executive compensation, and sustainable corporate leadership.
