Ines Pöschel is a Swiss attorney-at-law and corporate governance expert with more than two decades of experience advising listed and privately held companies on complex corporate, capital markets, and M&A matters. She currently serves as Of Counsel at Kellerhals Carrard in Zurich, having previously been a partner at the firm from 2007 to 2024. In addition to her legal practice, she is a sought-after board member and lecturer on corporate governance, executive compensation, and sustainable corporate leadership.
Pöschel regularly advises boards of directors and executive committees of listed companies on shareholder meetings, board duties and liability, and governance structures as well as executive compensation, also in regulated and international environments.
