Our research at IMD indicates that companies are Future Ready when they continually transform their business to perform for today, while actively investing into new areas of growth and innovation to perform in the future.  

 
Achieving both goals – something we characterize as ‘dual transformation’ – is a difficult task that requires leaders to balance how they allocate their resources and attention. Yet, leaders must get this balance right if their companies are to thrive beyond the present.  

As a leading academic institution focused on developing leaders and organizations that contribute to a more prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable world, we want to better understand and share which companies have successfully already started the process of dual transformation, and which ones are yet to start.  

This is why we introduced a series of Company Transformation Indicators (CTI), which we first launched in China, and now in Australia, with Indonesia, India and Singapore coming out in the next 12 months.
