Based on his new book of the same title, Robert will present the key skills and strategies by which today’s most visionary successful leaders and entrepreneurs promote innovation, foster collective intelligence, inspire support from others, grow and motivate their teams in order to create a profitable and sustainable venture.
Of American nationality, Robert Dilts resides in California. From his professional debuts in Palo Alto, his consulting has taken him around the world, working closely with organisations such as Apple Computers, the World bank, Hewlett-Packard, the FIAT group, Xerox, the WHO, IBM, Ernst & Young, Telecom Italia and Microsoft among many others.
He has lectured extensively on coaching, leadership, organizational learning and change management, making presentations and keynote addresses for HEC Paris, the United Nations, the European Forum for Quality Management, the World Health Organization, the Milton H. Erickson Foundation, Harvard University and the International University of Monaco.
A co-founder of Dilts Strategy Group, Robert was also founder and CEO of Behavioural Engineering, a company that developed computer software and hardware applications emphasizing behavioural change.
