    Women in Finance Fellowship

    At IMD, we are committed to contributing to a more diverse and gender equitable business world by fostering inclusivity, promoting viewpoint diversity, and empowering women to chart their personal paths to success.

    The IMD Women in Finance Fellowship supports outstanding women in the field of finance and gives them an opportunity to take their skills, knowledge, and career to the next level. The fellowship provides up to 20% sponsorship on IMD’s Strategic Finance program for female professionals with a proven track record of achievement and impact.

    How to become an IMD Women in Finance fellow
    Fellowship criteria

    To join the IMD Women in Finance Fellowship, you need to demonstrate:

    • Significant experience in financial services (10+ years)
    • A proven track record of professional achievements
    • Potential for future growth and impact
    • Willingness to become an ambassador for the IMD Strategic Finance program and an advocate for gender diversity in the financial industry
    How to apply

    Submit an essay of up to 550 words telling us how you meet the criteria for the IMD Women in Finance Fellowship and what your contribution to fostering female talent in finance would be. Please include your essay within your application file for the Strategic Finance program.

    Deadline

    You need to submit your essay when you apply for the Strategic Finance program, with the rest of your application file.

    Assessment process

    Applications for the IMD Women in Finance Fellowship will be assessed by a committee chaired by the Program Director. You will be notified on your application status by the Program Advisor team.

    Your commitment
    • Act as a Strategic Finance program ambassador in your organization and community
    • Advocate a more diverse and gender equitable financial industry
    • Contribute to the Strategic Finance program as a guest speaker and/or mentor according to your availability
