Meet your Program Director
Martin Fellenz is Affiliate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior. His teaching focuses on leadership development, organizational transformation, cultural change, and negotiation.
He is an experienced educator, consultant, and executive coach who works with senior leaders and management teams to help organizations adapt to strategic and technological change by developing leadership capabilities and supportive organizational cultures.
Martin has spent over 20 years on the faculty of Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin, where he has held many senior leadership positions. Prior to academia, he founded and ran a business and worked as a management consultant with IBM Consulting Group.
His research focuses on leadership identity development and the behavioral and cultural aspects of organizational change and innovation. He is the author of Organizational Behaviour and Management, co-editor of The Future of Management Education, and a recipient of multiple teaching excellence awards.
