Ric Roi focuses on leadership ambidexterity – the need for leaders to simultaneously optimize existing business operations and create future sources of revenue. A business psychologist and former management consultant, Ric has extensive expertise in guiding executives through successful transitions into, and within, C-suite roles. He has advised numerous organizations globally on strategic talent management and leadership transitions and is the co-creator of IMD’s proprietary C-suite Leader AMBIDEX Assessment. He has served as an advisor to companies and Boards on over 30 Group CEO succession engagements, and many C-suite appointments.
