You need to be able to find the value proposition customers care about and a business model that can scale profitably. To do this inside a large corporation, you need both the tools and processes to develop and test your idea, and the leadership skills to build strong partnerships throughout the company.
IMD has partnered with Strategyzer to bring you the Growth Accelerator program. As part of a 3-person team, you will learn how to develop new products or services and de-risk them using state-of-the art innovation tools and real-life customer experiments. You will use evidence to detect patterns, validate if your idea has what it takes to succeed and decide whether you should persevere, pivot, or abandon your idea. Your 7-week journey is guided by world-class faculty, expert coaches and Strategyzer’s business-design tools, methods and testing frameworks.
