Change the way you think about innovation

Innovation is required in all areas of activity today. It needs to be driven by leaders who understand how it comes about, what makes economic or social impact possible, and how an organization’s culture might be developed to support such activities.

Driving Strategic Innovation changes the way that you as a business leader think about innovation and technology strategy. It gives you a toolbox for new solutions and business model innovation, and an approach to implementing them strategically.

You explore business model opportunities, value chain design, project execution, and talent management in an end-to-end roadmap for achieving breakthrough performance.

You leave the program knowing how to influence corporate culture, alter the way your organization responds to the challenge of innovation, and strengthen your relationships with partners along the value chain.

Driving Strategic Innovation is a powerful alliance between IMD and MIT Sloan that was launched in 2003. Participants benefit from the Program Directors’ decades of experience teaching innovation and from each other’s professional insights and ideas.
