And, when uncertainty increases, how do you adapt? In this session, we’ll look at the perils of not adapting our decision style to the ambient uncertainty. We’ll then look at ways we can best account for various degrees of uncertainty.

• Embracing the unknown: Learn to make uncertainty your ally. We’ll talk about practical ways to handle the unknown confidently in your decisions, especially when the stakes are sky-high.
