The company focuses on practical internal use cases, such as deploying an AI voice agent for insurance verification, which sped up call handling by four times and freed staff for complex cases. In its supply chain, machine learning improves demand forecasting and inventory accuracy, while predictive analytics help identify patients at risk of medication non-adherence for early intervention.
