Shlomo Ben-Hur

Shlomo is an organizational psychologist and an award-winning researcher and educator in the areas of leadership and organizational behavior, with 25 years of corporate experience in senior executive positions in multinational organizations.

His research work has appeared in many articles and books including Changing Employee Behavior: A Practical Guide for Managers, The Business of Corporate Learning: Insights from Practice, and Talent Intelligence: What You Need to Know to Identify and Measure Talent. He has written a variety of business cases including a case series that won the Responsible Leadership Award of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) case competition.

Shlomo chairs IMD’s Chief Learning Officer Roundtable, is the director of IMD’s Organizational Learning in Action program and is the leadership faculty in a number of IMD’s flagship programs. Prior to joining IMD, Shlomo was Vice President of Leadership Development and Learning for the BP Group based in London and Chief Learning Officer of DaimlerChrysler Services in Berlin, where he headed up the corporate academy.

Susan Goldsworthy

Susan is Affiliate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at IMD. A former Olympic finalist, Susan has 23 years of corporate experience in large multinationals, where she held senior management positions. She has also run her own successful business in leadership development, executive coaching and change communications for more than a decade.

She has worked extensively in the fields of change, communication, diversity, leadership development for teams and individuals, and executive coaching.

Susan is co-author of two award-winning books: Care to Dare, Unleashing Astonishing Potential through Secure Base Leadership and Choosing Change, How Leaders and Organizations Drive Results One Person at a Time. She is passionate about working with people to turn knowledge into behavior.

With a first degree in organizational psychology and communications, Susan has a Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change and an Executive Masters in the Neuroscience of Leadership. She is currently working on her doctorate in organizational change. She is also a highly qualified executive coach.
