Speaker(s)Eva Heffernan, Country Leader Netherlands and Vice-President Commerce Benelux, Salesforce

Founded in 1999, Salesforce is the fastest growing software company ever, with a predicted revenue for 2018 of over $13 Billion, serving tens of thousands of customers daily and handling billions of transactions every day through its platform.

Salesforce helps its customers connect to their customers and employees in a whole new way. This is a must for almost every company due to the massive change in customer expectations. Customers are more connected than ever before: amongst themselves, through social media, through connected devices and they expect the same from the companies and brands they interact with. Creating meaningful and relevant engagements powered by state of the art technology and a fanatic drive towards innovation and customer success are the fundamentals of their success.

We will be hosted by Eva Heffernan, country leader for The Netherlands and her team at the Salesforce Amsterdam office in: The Edge, the most sustainable building in Europe.

Salesforce sees itself as a platform for change and through that wants to make an impact at its customers but above all to the world at large, making it a better place to live. How can Salesforce become more relevant and meaningful to more potential customers and have more impact on Dutch society at the same time?

Salesforce invites you to discover, discuss and debate what Salesforce needs to do, now and in the future, to become and stay more relevant and meaningful in order to fulfil its mission: being a platform for change.
