IMD is thrilled that two programs were honored at the 33rd annual Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards.

Gold award

The IMD-Konica Minolta Inc. Women2Lead Program received a Gold Award in the Best Leadership Development for Women category.

The talent development program, launched in 2023, engaged top female leaders from the Japanese multinational technology company and was recognized as the company’s top-rated learning program.

“We are truly grateful for the recognition of our leadership development efforts. At Konica Minolta, we firmly believe that human capital and innovation are the true engines of growth. Through our strategic partnership with IMD and Konica Minolta Inc., we will continue to cultivate diverse leadership and empower individuals to drive sustainable transformation across the organization,” said Shinichiro Oka, Executive Vice President & Executive Officer, Responsible for Corporate Human Resources, Konica Minolta Inc.

“We’re now on our third cohort of partnering with Konica Minolta Inc. on this project. The cohorts have become the center of a strong, vibrant community that is paying it forward by cultivating the next generation of leadership talent within the business. It’s truly inspiring,” shared IMD’s Executive Director of Strategic Talent Solutions and Program Director Tania Lennon.

Bronze award

IMD also earned a Bronze award for the IMD-Bühler Group High Performance Teams Program in the Best Team Development Program category.

Between 2020 and 2022, the Swiss family-owned multinational plant equipment manufacturer partnered with IMD to deliver a leadership and high-performance team development program for its top global executives.

“We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition, and the award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our teams at IMD and Bühler. Bühler not only delivered on its ambition to apply the learnings, but proactively drove the process, and succeeded in scaling the high-performance team methodologies to over 1,000 colleagues. We couldn’t be prouder of the partnership with Bühler,” said Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change and Program Director Ina Toegel.

“These Brandon Hall Group awards highlight the incredible commitment of our clients, Konica Minolta and Bühler Group, to leadership development and creating real impact – and the privilege IMD has in partnering with such visionary organizations to support their leaders and teams in achieving extraordinary results.”
