    April 2026 session
    • Step 1 “Reframe your thinking”: 27-30 April (4 half-days liVe virtual)
    • Step 2 “Explore and design your strategy”: 20 May – 3 June (15 days in Lausanne – including weekend)
    • Step 3 “Refine and take your strategy forward”: Two live virtual follow-up sessions, each lasting 1.5 hour, scheduled three months after the on-campus module.
    August 2026 session
    • Step 1 “Reframe your thinking”: 17-20 August  (4 half-days liVe virtual)
    • Step 2 “Explore and design your strategy”: 9-23 September (15 days in Lausanne – including weekend)
    • Step 3 “Refine and take your strategy forward”: Two live virtual follow-up sessions, each lasting 1.5 hour, scheduled three months after the on-campus module.
    October 2026 session
    • Step 1 “Reframe your thinking”: 5-8 October (4 half-days liVe virtual)
    • Step 2 “Explore and design your strategy”: 10-24 November (15 days in Lausanne – including weekend)
    • Step 3 “Refine and take your strategy forward”: Two live virtual follow-up sessions, each lasting 1.5 hour, scheduled three months after the on-campus module.
    How to apply to an IMD Open Program

    We review applications on a rolling basis, and places are limited – we encourage you to apply early to secure your spot. When reviewing applications, we look closely at your professional experience, leadership responsibilities, and overall fit for the program. 

    🔍 Step 1: Choose a program
    • If you already know which program you would like to join, simply visit the program page and click “Apply Now” to start your application. 
    🔐 Step 2: Log in or sign up
    • New to MyIMD? Quickly create an account to get started – learn how. 
    • Already have an account? Just log into MyIMD. 
    📝 Step 3: Complete the application form
    • Choose your session and fill in: 
      1. Personal and contact details 
      2. Professional experience and current role 
      3. Education 
      4. Learning objectives and key challenges (not required for OWP program) 
      5. Invoice information 
    • Confirm your availability and accept our terms & conditions. 
    🔎 Step 4: Admissions review
    • Your application is reviewed to ensure the program matches your goals and profile. This process usually takes around one week.
    • You might be contacted for a short call (depending on the program). 
    📧 Step 5: Confirmation of enrollment
    • Once approved, you receive an email with: 
      1. Enrollment confirmation
      2. Invoice and payment details 
    💰 Step 6: Pay the program fee
    • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or before the program starts (whichever comes first). 
    🧳 Step 7: Get ready!
    • Up to six weeks before the program starts, you gain access to the learning portal, where you can start diving into pre-work, explore program content, and in some cases connect with your class. A dedicated Program Coordinator will contact you with practical details, such as pre-program preparation and hotel information (for on-campus programs).
