Our coaches

We invest heavily in selecting and nurturing a pool of coaches with diverse and specific practices who are able to deliver with impact to transform executives’ behaviors.

  • IMD has an Executive Director, Coaching & Leadership Development, Senior Executive Coach who is responsible for the coaching pool and knows all the coaches and their capabilities well.
  • We have a registered and active pool of over 200 independent coaches, all of whom are trained, highly qualified, and experienced with senior leaders from different industries and cultures.
  • Our coaches come from a wide range of different cultures and backgrounds, and many also coach in languages other than English.
  • The coaches act not only in a personal and team development capacity. They also constitute the “glue” that holds much of the program together and inspires and motivates participants to maximize their learning and development.
  • Many of IMD’s leadership coaches also have significant business experience and several are also qualified to act as coaches in specific business disciplines.
