The GIVEWATTS (A) case describes the journey and challenges of a Swedish entrepreneur who launches a business in Kenya. GIVEWATTS faces the challenge of selling and distributing solar lamps in rural Africa. Even though the business is viable, competition is increasing and there is a need to scale the business with limited financial resources. The immediate challenge is to rethink the distribution model.
